What do the students think? Have a say in the Student Union’s new Policy Paper

TREY’s policy paper will be updated next winter, when the new Representative council has started its work after the elections in November. Now the students have an opportunity to submit initiatives and tell, in what kind of things the Student Union should take a stand on.

TREY’s new Representative Council will be elected by election in November 2020, and the term of the new Representative Council will begin in January 2021. The idea is that each Representative Council is responsible for the definition of the policies promoted by the Student Union.

We’re now starting the process on updating the Policy Paper. This is a great opportunity to influence the policies on which the advocacy work and statements will be made in the period of 2021-2022.

You can find the current Policy Paper on TREY’s website here. The intention of the policy paper of TREY is to communicate the political objectives of the Student Union. In the daily life of the Student Union, the Policy Paper guides the daily policy work of the employees and the board.
Feel free to leave your small or big initiative through this Jotform. The community’s comment period ends on 4.9. at 11:59 p.m. Thereafter, TREY’s Board will continue the update of the Policy Paper together with the Representative Council. The new Policy Paper is planned to be approved at the Representative Council meeting in January-February 2021.
