The association announcement is now open in the JIPPO association portal! As stated in the Association Standing Order, the following information will be gathered from associations:
- the name and contact information of the association;
- the board members of the statutory board of the association;
- the number of association members and the number of association members belonging to the Student Union at the time of the announcement;
- the Action Plan of the current term of office;
- the current rules of the association.
In addition, the following practical information is collected from associations in connection with the association announcement:
- contact information for those who need wider ResourceBooker booking access rights,
- contact information for those who require wider Intranet access rights,
- addresses to be added to email lists maintained by TREY, and
- contact persons and contact details required for the agreement on the use of association facilities.
Completing the association announcement is mandatory for all associations that have the association status with TREY. Failure to complete the notification for two consecutive years may result in the association being removed from TREY’s association register. Association status is a prerequisite for, among other things, access to association facilities, resourcebooker rights, and all grants distributed by TREY. Completing the association announcement for the year 2026 is also a condition for all grants for 2026 (project grant, operational grant, cultural grant, internationalization grant).
The association announcement form is open in JIPPO from 7 January to 31 January. It is not possible to fill the association announcement after the form has closed.
The activation link for JIPPO was sent to associations in December. If you have not received any email, please contact the association sector jarjesto@trey.fi.
