TREY currently has two Service Office locations; one on the city centre campus and one on the Hervanta campus. In addition, some of the Student Union’s services (student cards and annual registration stickers) are available at the TLK office in the Kauppi campus. The opening hours of TREY’s Service Offices and exceptions to them are listed below.

  • Monday–Tuesday: 9–13
  • Wednesday–Thursday: 12–16
  • Friday: 12–15

Exceptions to our opening hours

  • TREY Hervanta and city centre Service Offices are closed on Friday 6 March 2026.

Access to campuses

The University premises are open from 8 to 16 during the week without a access card. Access card is needed after 16 o’clock. The 24/7 spaces are open around the clock. The most current information on the University accesses is in University Intranet.
