The Wappu calendar brings together a large selection of events open to the student community during The Biggest Wappu in Finland.

Associations can register Wappu events now via the Google Forms event form. The link and additional information about Wappu’s schedules have been sent to the organizations’ emails. If your organization has not received the information package, please send an email to the Wappu team!
Associations are encouraged to sign up their Wappu events with a low threshold no matter the size and type of the event. We hope to see a range of different kinds of events! The goal of the calendar is to inform students about the different events which can be attended by all. Teemu tour included in the Wappu calendar is an old tradition in Tampere where students collect stamps everyday from events in order to receive the highly seeked out Emäteemu patch. There have been several levels in the Teemun Tour and the exact instructions for completing the challenge change from year to year. Through the registration form, association can express their willingness to get their event also be part of the Teemu tour events of 2026.
By registering an event into the Student Union’s Wappu calendar, you are committed to the criteria specified in the email. If your association is organizing more than one event, please fill out the form for each event individually. The form is open until February 23rd at 11:59 PM.
Bommari, Etunurtsi and TREY van during Wappu
Bommari and Etunurtsi at the Hervanta campus are reserved for the Wappu team during Wappu. Associations must reserve the venues through the Wappu team. If the event is a Wappu event, the request can be made via the Wappu calendar registration form. If the event is not included in the Wappu calendar, organizations should contact the Wappu team directly.
TREY’s Hervanta campus van is also reserved for association use during Wappu. If you would like to reserve the van for a Wappu event, please submit your request to the Wappu team through a form that will be distributed later.
