Do you want to influence what TREY will focus on in 2026? Now is your chance! Suggest what themes we should focus on next year, or for example what kind of events we could organise! The initiatives submitted by our community will be used to build TREY’s Action Plan and Budget for 2026, to plan the event calendar for 2026 and to develop the Student Union’s ongoing activities.
The Action Plan is a document guiding the activities of the Student Union and it defines what activities we especially focus on one year at a time. The Action Plan is a project-based document in which concrete measures to implement the Student Union’s strategy are recorded. Implementing this year’s Action Plan has included making trusted positions and voluntary work in TREY more meaningful and rewarding, advocacy work in the county and municipal elections, as well as working on a new associations’ guide.
In addition to the Action Plan, TREY does a lot of daily work that remains unchanged from year to year, and this kind of work is called ongoing activities. You can get to know the description of ongoing activities, this year’s Action Plan and Budget, as well as the Student Union’s strategy, on the Steering documents -page.
Tell us your ideas for next year’s activities via this Microsoft Forms -form by 31 August 2025! The draft of the Action Plan will go through a public comment round in October, and the Council of Representatives will approve the steering documents for 2026 in its autumn meeting at the end of November.
