The nomination of candidates to TREY’s council elections has now begun, which means you can become a candidate to TREY’s council for the term 2026–2027! TREY’s Council consists of 49 elected students who decide on topics that affect the everyday lives of all students, such as TREY’s operational and financial priorities, advocacy lines and the student union magazine Visiiri.
All members of the Student Union who have registered as present are eligible to become a candidate. You can become a candidate by filling out the candidacy announcement, which can be found on TREY’s website and service offices. A candidate can join an electoral alliance or be nonpartisan candidate. The deadline for becoming a candidate as well as forming electoral alliances and circles is 30 September at 16:00.
