Manse Pride week will be celebrated from 9-15 June under the theme “one big family”. Pride Flag Workshop 10.6. at. 16.30-20
In honour of Manse Pride, Sekava is organising a Pride flag workshop on 10 June from 16.30 to 20 together with Kamula and Tahra, where participants can learn about the history of different Pride flags and make their own flags or signs for Saturday’s parade! At this event, you can unleash all your artistic freedom and paint the flag or sign that best reflects your identity in its truest form! The event is free of charge and no pre-registration is required. Supplies for making flags and signs will be available, but you can also bring your own if you wish.
Kamula is located at the corner of Mustanlahdenkatu 18 and Satakunnankatu 35.

Queer Pub Quiz 11.6. at. 17-20
Sekava is organising a Pub Quiz on 11.6. in celebration of Pride week! During the pub quiz, participants will have the opportunity to test their knowledge in front of all kinds of queer, manse and “fun trivia for you” questions. So get your own team together (max 5 people per team) or come with yourself to the Manse Pride week queer quiz!
There will be three rounds of the quiz starting at 17.15. Each round will include unique questions and each round will last approximately 30 minutes with short breaks in between. In each round, a small prize will be awarded to the best performing team/player in that round. In addition, if you want to come and test your knowledge, the best team or team in each round will be awarded the top prize of the evening.
Accessibility. The entrance has double doors, which are usually open at all times during the bar’s opening hours. A small threshold at the doors. The bar is located on one floor at street level. The bar has an accessible toilet.

Student block at the Pride Parade 14.6. at. 14
TREY, Tamko and Sekava are organising a joint students block to the Pride parade. So join the march together with other students! At the end of the march, you can also stay in Sorsapuisto for a picnic organised by Sekava! The exact meeting place and time will be updated on TREY and Sekava’s instagram and on this page closer to the event.
The Pride march is part of the Manse Pride week coordinated by Sinuiksi ry. The march starts from the central square (keskustori) in front of the Town Hall and ends in Sorsapuisto. You can find out more about the route and accessibility of the march on the Manse Pride website here.
