TREY’s service offices are closed starting the 3rd of June. During the summer, you can contact the secretary general Venla Monter (June, July except from the 8th to the 12th of July) or finance and management manager Joonas Streng (during Venla’s vacation 8.-12.7.) conserning member services. The new city center campus service office will open on the 1st of August at the main building of the university in room D213 (after Alakuppila and the arc wall, at the beginning of the D-hallway). More information on opening hours here.
TREY’s board will have a summer vacation starting the 20th of June and ending on the 31st of July. If you need to contact a member of the board during their vacation, contact secretary general Venla Monter. TREY’s staff will be on vacation mainly during July. You can contact members of the staff normally, their vacation email message will tell you if you need to contact someone else.
