Wappu is coming and it would be nothing without your amazing events! In case your club is planning to organize some events during Wappu, please report them by 20th of March. The Wappu event reporting is done through TREY’s Google forms event form.
Please note that in case you are planning to organize more than one event, you need to fill up the form several times. In addition to the preferred date for the event, please inform an alternative date for the event as well, so it’s easier to avoid overlapping between events. The deadline for enrolling events is 20.3. at 23:59.
By reporting the event to the Student Union Wappu calendar, you commit to the points stated below.
2022 Criteria for the Wappu calendar
The event will follow the Regional State Administrative Agency of Western and Inner Finland’s (AVI) guidelines on the COVID-situation. Check out TREY’s event guidelines for associations and students on a separate news article.
The event establishes the principles of TREY’s equality plan and TREY’s principles for safer spaces. Both documents can be found on the Steering documents page.
Every student has the opportunity to participate in events and students’ diversity, such as different degree programs, gender and other factors, are taken into account as far as possible.
The contact details of the harassment contact persons must be mentioned in the event.
In case of remote events, the event hosting platform must be as easy to use as possible.
2022 Criteria for the Teemutour

- The organizers must be prepared for the fact, that the event can have up to 1000 participants
- The event can also be performed free of charge, exception of justified costs arising from the organization of the event
- The event can be performed non-alcoholic ways
- The event can be performed in English
