The collection of association announcements ended on January 31. The collection of late announcements is open from February 5 to February 29.

Submitting the association announcement is a prerequisite for;
- rights to reserve campus facilities
- rights to post into intranet
- accessing the email lists intended for associations and association operators
Additionally, failure to submit the association notification may result in a breach of contract regarding the university’s space usage agreement. Missing the association notification for two consecutive years is also grounds for losing the association status.
