TREY’s office requires your name and student number. You can deliver the information via email to help@trey.fi.
I am a new student, when can I order my student card?
You can order the student card after you have paid the student union membership fee and the information of your right to study has been updated in the university’s student data register. New students’ information in the student data register will be updated within the beginning of the semester (1 August), after which students can order the student card. This is usually possible after a couple of days to the beginning of the semester.
Can another person come pick up the annual registration sticker for me?
Yes, but they must have your student card with them. We do not provide individual, unattached stickers.
I study at the Kauppi campus or at the city centre campus. Why can’t I order the student card even though I have enrolled as attending and I have paid the student union membership fee?
The on-demand system collects the information of students of the city centre and Kauppi campuses from the HAKA system. The information is updated from 1 August, but transferring big data takes time. It is advisable to try to order the student card a couple of days after the semester has begun.
