Forgotten association announcement?

The collection of association announcements ended on January 31. The collection of late announcements is open from February 5 to February 29.

You can submit the association announcement through this Microsoft Forms form.

Submitting the association announcement is a prerequisite for;

  • rights to reserve campus facilities
  • rights to post into intranet
  • accessing the email lists intended for associations and association operators

Additionally, failure to submit the association notification may result in a breach of contract regarding the university’s space usage agreement. Missing the association notification for two consecutive years is also grounds for losing the association status.
