Association, have you submitted the mandatory association announcement?

TREY collects information from associations with TREY’s association status, as we need information on associations’ activities and actives in 2025. Information is collected from 18.12.2024 until 31.1.2025. Via the form, we collect information required by TREY’s Association Standing Order and additional details related to university room booking rights, extended access to the University’s Intranet, information displayed on the Student Union website, updates to email lists, and maintaining organization space usage agreements.

The form also serves as the mandatory association announcement. Associations with TREY’s association status must submit the association announcement annually in accordance with 10§ of the Association Standing Order. An association may be denied its association status if it fails to submit the association announcement by the deadline for two consecutive years.

The association announcement must be submitted via Microsoft Forms by 31 January 2025 midnight.
