In spring 2025, the harassment contact persons will hold bi-weekly walk-in appointments on the campuses, alternating between Hervanta and centre campus. You can come for a walk-in appointment without prior reservation and on a low threshold. The walk-in appointments are intended for both individuals as well as associations. Walk-in appointments are intended for low-threshold advice and support in challenging situations. If there is demand, walk-ins will also be considered for the Kauppi campus based on feedback.
They are located in the Navigaattori space both in Hervanta and centre campus.
You can come for a walk-in appointment to discuss, for example, about:
- Bullying and experiences of exclusion
- Events or experiences of harassment
- Experiences of discrimination or racism
- Other concerns relating to inappropriate treatment
- Conflicts
- Advice for associations with: disciplinary actions, conflicts in the board, events of harassment in the association, processes for dealing with harassment
- You can come for a talk also when you are unsure if the treatment you experienced was harassment or otherwise inappropriate.
All discussions held in the walk-in appointments are confidential, as are all discussions with TREY’s harassment contact persons. Read more about harassment contact persons’ appointments on TREY’s websites here!
