Are you a new tutor or tutor organiser at Tampere University? TREY welcomes you to the sweetest adventure of this spring, Tuuttikset, on Friday 11 April! Tuuttikset is a new event concept that combines an eventful checkpoint tour in Hervanta with a chill Bommari party. Tuuttiset replaces the previously held Tutors’ Night as an afterwork spectacle that concludes the tutor trainings of the spring.
During the checkpoint tour, you will get to know the services and operators that benefit freshers and exchange tutors. The tour takes place in random teams of five, so you can make friends with tutors from other associations at the same time! After the tour, the direction is Bommari, where tutors are entertained by a student band and some introduction program. Food and refreshments are also provided!
The checkpoint tour starts every fifteen minutes between 16:00-17:00 (4-5 PM) and the tour takes about two hours. Bommari’s doors open at 18:00 (6 PM) and the party will go on until 22:00 (10 PM). More information on the detailed schedule is available upon registration.
Registration for Tuuttikset starts on Kide.app on Monday 24 March at 14.00 (2 PM). We reserve a quota of event tickets for exchange tutors that are selected in late March. Event registration for exchange tutors starts on Kide.app on Thursday 27 March at 14.00 (2 PM). Any excess tickets from the exchange tutors quota will be released for general registration on Monday 31 March at 14.00 (2 PM).
