During the summer vacation our service desks are closed. In the Hervanta campus the office secretary is on vacation from 9.7. till 24.7. and in the center campus 12.6.-2.8. During the center campuses office secretary’s vacation you can be in contact with the office secretary from Hervanta campus. You can find more information about the opening times of the service desks and member services from TREYs website.
At the start of the semester we will try to open the service desks normally, in which case you can get student cards and registration stickers from our service desks (registration stickers are also available from the Student Affairs Office). We will pay extra attention to queuing practices and instructions in our service desks. If you are part of a risk group or have some other need for getting your student card and registration sticker via post it is also possible during autumn. Our website has instructions for this.
Center campuses van is not in use during summer, but all our members can rent the van in Hervanta. You can be in contact with TTMK. More information about renting the van can be gained from their website. The trailer is not in use during the summer.
